Do you know what to do if you find an animal stranded on the beach? Marine Mammals of Maine rescues 300 marine animals every year, and works hard to nurse these animals back to health. Learn more about Marine Mammals of Maine, how to tell if a stranded animal really needs help, and what you should do. We will talk about some of the common local marine animals you may see off the coast or on the beach and how to protect them. Ages 6-12. With support from a Merrymeeting Bay Trust Grant.
